Miso Islands Salad Dressing
Our gardens here in Asheville are filled with fresh, organic salad greens that pair perfectly with this delicious Miso Islands Salad Dressing made with Miso Master Mellow White Miso.
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Miso Master Organic, Kosher Mellow White Miso
- 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ Tbsp Sweet Cloud Brown Rice Syrup or sweetener of your choice
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Grated Horseradish Root or prepared horseradish
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp pickle relish
- Pinch of Sea Salt
In a food processor, mince the onion. Then add remaining ingredients and blend well.
