Emperor’s Kitchen Traditional Umeboshi Vinegar

Emperor’s Kitchen Traditional Umeboshi Vinegar is a delicious salty-sour seasoning made from pickling umeboshi plums. The ruby red color comes from red shiso leaves used to color umeboshi plums as they ferment. Tasty as is, sprinkled on steamed greens, broccoli, and salads; or add to salad dressings, marinades, hot sauce, salsa, sushi, and dips.
